There are many different churches, and religious beliefs in our society. However, you will notice that this web site does not promote any particular church; it does promote Christianity, and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

It is confusing for lay people to find the true meaning of serving Jesus Christ. And our diverse religious bodies promote that confusion. However, in spite of our religious differences in America, it is my hope that we all can agree that domestic violence in our homes is a very serious problem.

..............................................

This page will present various means of combating domestic violence. You will find videos, audio, and other materials in paper or electronic form. At this point, I know what you may be thinking. If this information is from a religious body that does not believe as your church does, then it is something that you can't use. NOT SO!

You can rearrange the information to best suit the needs of your congregation, or use as is. But please note any copyrighted material. My point is, DO SOMETHING! You can even incorporate scripture into material that has been written by secular organizations. Again, please be careful of not claiming their material for your own.

If you copied the material to use within a group setting, there may not be a problem with that. But if you desire to do more with the material written by others, perhaps you should contact them for permission and guidelines for use.
